Alkalized cocoa powder is dark cocoa, during the production of which cocoa products are treated with an alkaline solution. And it’s absolutely safe. Thanks to this process, cocoa acquires a dark color, exquisite taste and rich aroma. It is finely ground and dissolves more easily (it does not need to be boiled).
